  • Needs Assessment and Project Plan: Our initial intake calls conducted with stakeholders allows us to create a thorough candidate profile, plan out the process timeline and goals, and create all hiring materials.

  • Candidate Sourcing and Assessment: There are targeted marketing campaigns, LinkedIn and partner organization outreach, and internal & external networking conducted in order to build a diverse and deep pipeline. All candidates are thoroughly screened and guided through a rigorous and customized hiring process to assess their skills and fit. The hiring support to the team will ensure an equitable and inclusive process for all candidates.

  • Final Hire: We manage all candidate communication and logistics for the final interview day, leading up to reference checks and offer.
