Needs Assessment and Project Plan: Our customized partnership and regular check-ins allow us to create a thorough candidate profile, plan out the process timeline and goals, and create all hiring materials.

All candidates are thoroughly screened and guided through a rigorous and equitable hiring process to assess their skills and fit. The hiring support to the team will ensure an equitable and inclusive process for all candidates, as well as a positive experience for any involved staff.
Final Hire: We manage all candidate communication and logistics for the final interview day, leading up to reference checks and offer.

Project Lead
When organizations have specific strategic projects, annual events, or have one-off initiatives that are grant-funded, they sometimes don’t have the capacity on their staff for somebody to be the project manager, without sacrificing capacity for team members. We can step in to lead as a project manager and maintain capacity across the team.
